I personally rank Stone Man's theme very high in my lists myself, but to each their own. I will say that MM5 was my least favorite Mega Man venture because of how woefully easy it was in comparison to the rest of them. It may be just me but Stone man remains one of the easiest robot masters I ever faced.

This was my favorite game of MM 4-8. Can't comment on 9-10 at this point. This was the third best soundtrack in the classic MM series IMO (1-8, at any rate), the best being 2-3. I liked this game and the soundtrack; stone man and napalm man were also good tracks. This was possibly my favorite track in the whole series.
This game gets a bit of flak but I don't think it's that bad. It's a good entry point for newcomers to the series because it's comparatively easy and rains 1-ups like candy.

Yup, agreed. Aside from this song and Stone Man, there's not much worth listening to on the soundtrack. Doesn't help that the game itself is boring and really where the Mega Man series started to go off the rails.

Wow, I have like the exact opposite opinion in terms of favorite Megaman soundtracks. Waveman and Nitroman I think are especially good.

I can't decide which version of this track I like better, the original, or the complete works version. A brilliant track either way.

Ah, the fortress actually built by Dr. Wily as a base for the 4 Dark Men, one of whom impersonates Proto Man to frame him. Mari Yamaguchi only composed for this game in the series, but she recently came back to compose Sheep Man's theme in MM10.
