i disagree i didnt think ruin arm was that mediocre i think you didnt even played the whole game sense there was no fan english patch of the game and yes in case if you wondering i did the play on the zsnes emulator and i strongly disagree calling the game pretty midiocre

This is so cool, really really good soundtrack. Seems like a mix beetween Golden Sun and FF 5 soundtrack.
Yeah def feels like a Naruke piece to start, but 0:31 it reminds me more of BoF even specifically the violin melody sounds similar to Sara's theme, you agree?
I swear the guy on the bottom left of the picture looks like Dr. Eggman. o.O

This reminds me of Arcana for the SNES. I really love the instrumentation in this theme too.

Time for an obscure upload! This is a SNES action RPG that never came out of Japan, it's actually pretty mediocre but the soundtrack has a nice quality to it. I really like this prologue theme, it gives the game a good first impression. There's no english translation available.
