It sounds sort of like the beginning of a movie, when you first see the villain's lair and all that stuff idk
hey, Outbreak was good. so long as you let the AI do it's own thing and progress normally, the only hiccups in gameplay you'll face are item management and getting people to hand the puzzle pieces they picked up to you. The partner AI adds a little randomness and hectic action to the gameplay and each run through each scenario will be a little different because of it.
there is a private server for online,fortunately only for the japanese version
This brings back fond memories of School Days. Not only that, this theme is hauntingly beautiful and fits the series perfectly.

this game coulda been amazing if they had worked harder on the multiplayer. ESPECIALLY on the communication system...
Ah I was just too lazy to expand on my opinions on the ones i mentioned last. I loved CV too! Reminds me of poor steve =[ And yes. CV felt much more like a main series title than RE4 did in terms of content. I did enjoy 4's game play a lot like I said, but not so much on the contents introduced and presented in plot.

Based on what you showed me so far, there's a good chance you'd like it~

Well I was scared when I played with 6 years RE1 o_O I could not go out for a week because I was afraid of zombies *_*
been a while to be honest.
I liked the outbreak games, as they showed what average citizens were going through at the beginning of the outbreak. I really enjoyed this game, as well as the sequel.
This reminds me of the music from Stephen King's "IT" the movie. Terrifying.
Just giving a heads up Capcom has said due to sales of Survival horror games vs shooters, RE6 will be more similar to RE5 and taking the action approach. Of course RE4 was more action based than the 1st 3, and that still maintained atmosphere and a few scares so hope exists. Though Capcom of modern era, again, just giving you a heads up, not saying you shouldn't look forward to it, but I wouldn't expect RE4's quality.
I gave up when I couldn't even move in the room with the giant fleas or kill them. It just seemed as though it was entirely MADE for multiplayer. Is it really as impossible as I remember?
5 was definitely the hiccup of the series. Fingers crossed for 6.
Outbreak is one of the series that CAPCOM fail to notice people gonna pay for it on XBLA and PSN if they remake it (or even just bluntly port). Personally if i have to choose between this game and Operation Raccoon City. I will surely go for this game.

I was a huge fan of Resident Evil then but I always thought it was online only and of course online on consoles was pretty much unheard of. I think I might track down a copy File 1 and 2 to fill that gap lol.
this is one game i pray will be brought onto the current consoles so i can play online with all the friends i made on the ps2 come on capcom get crackin and make it happen
I do, its actually better if your not playing the lackluster multiplayer. its not as scary as the other resident evils, but it I find it ...fun. just straight up FUN to PLAY.
The first one very much so. It's cheap if you can find it used and well worth it.
I always love outbreak for its single player, how it essentially distilled the resident evil formula into five REALLY cool scenarios. it wasn't until recently it occurred to me why people hated it: shitty online. ah well. I still think its a fun game.
Resident Evil never really was too strong in the music department in my opinion. The fact that it has to be in a horror environment means that it really can't go much beyond creepy sounding music. Still love the games though :D. This theme is pretty good, despite that.
Always been of this theme even though I never had to pleasure of playing outbreak. Anybody reccomend it?
After Silent Hill, time for some Resident Evil. This might be one of my favorite themes from the franchise. I didn't play the Outbreak games though. Hopefully Resident Evil 6 is good, eventhough I completed RE5 I never really got into it like I did with RE4. More atmosphere and horror Capcom! That's what I loved about this franchise.
