I miss this game. I used to play this game and Zwei so much, but my brother ended up selling his Saturn along time ago along with these wonderful games. This song will always bring back those memories I had of the days where I could fly on a dragon's back fighting monsters in this game.

Staff Roll (orchestral) is simply one of the best gaming tracks out there. Its almost as good as the theme music for Nausicaa and thats saying a lot.
Nah, I would consider this theme just as good as the Nausicaa theme. Since this theme is supposed to be in a military anthem style.
We need HD remakes of the Panzer Dragoon games! That would be epic!

Alright yes, I see that. But it states that it was during production, meaning that they still got it made without them, though it became difficult(due to losing a friend). And again, even with the source code thing, either A.) Find it if it's just lost. or B.) Remake the game. Even if they're remaking it in old Saturn quality, so be it. It's similar to Square's argument of no FFVII due to limitations preventing things like towns, and open worlds, when we see that in Skyrim. It's plain as day BS.

OK, I'm definitely going to need proof before I believe that. A rerelease or remake if necessary. Even if one developer killed themselves they can't be the only one, a rerelease would not need the developers back so much as a transfer, and if it is a remake it'd have differences to the point where you have a lot of the team, and make it similar. As long as you have at least a single copy of the game you should be able to go on that. And above all else, that's all pretty crazy to believe.
I remember reading somewhere that a Panzer Dragoon Saga re release is impossible because they "lost" the sourcecode or however you call it,that and one of the lead developers killed himself .(
I don't know if you've tried it yet, but the best musical game for me has been "Eternal Sonata" You really should check it out, it's an amazing game in every perspective!
lol I know it sounds weird. But its a 3d Rail Shooter. You look 360 degrees around you as you fly forward trough the seen. you can move up, down, left and right but can not turn around or go backwards. look up "Panzer Dragoon. EP 1 Gameplay . SEGA Saturn" on youtube. Amazing game.

i just played through this game a week ago and i forgot how much i loved the series so much, the ending theme of Panzer Pragoon Zwei always stuck with me ever since i was a kid too, god i miss Sega Saturn games sometimes.

I've been playing less games in general during the past 2 years because of school, but I do play recent games. Right now, I have about an hour left on Mass Effect 3 but I'll have to listen to the OST separately as I haven't really heard a standout track that made me want to add it to the list. I recently finished Dark Souls too, and a 2nd track from that game is definitely coming.
So what Sega System?
Out of curiosity, are there any recent games you are currently playing that we can expect to see uploads from soon? Or do you usually finish a game before you decide to add songs to the list. I figured that might be the reason this list is essentially a nostalgia bomb for the most part, with some good recent stuff to be sure, but mostly old.
As much as people say Earthbound needs it at least it has the famous status it does. I'd argue Panzer Dragoon Saga to be the #1 game in desparate need of a rerelease. And unlike Earthbound with copyrights, PDS really has no reason for not making one. The whole Panzer Dragoon series rules. Also must say since it came out today Xenoblade is amazing.
