I was always more of a Ratchet and Clank fan than a Jak and Daxter fan. Still to this day.
Same here. My best friend since childhood like Jak and Daxter more than R&C. You can imagine our arguments.
It's funny for me. I always liked R&C more, as well. But when I played the HD Collection of both games I had more fun with the challenge J&D offered.

@Jazzminilicious they arent going to end the series because of overstrike. They might put it on halt until the PS3 but im like 103% sure that A4O isnt gunna be the last one.
@iCyFlaMeZ96 I read a lot in the internet and i know the internet says always not the truth but my friend said it too and he knows a lot about that . They have reasons too to end the series because they want make a new game called overstrike , maybe they haven't enough time for R&C but i'm not sure ^^'

My FAVE! I may be 18, but even though video games have come a LONG way since I was a kid, but I still prefer me some Ratchet and Clank or some Spyro every now and again. The music was absolutely divine and the story lines were superb. <3 Ahh, Nostalgia.

Being a HUGE Ratchet and Clank fan, I still love the first one and this is one of it's best songs. Just so catchy. Gotta love Insomniac's work!

Yeah, maybe they didn't do so well with their writing. But to me it's not about that. The games are enjoyable and I remember them for that.

Wtf. Each game is set up for a sequel. And sometimes, with certain stories and certain gameplay styles, it isn't easy to do that. The endings are hardly memorable, I honestly can't recall much myself. But it doesn't matter to me. I wouldn't judge it by that alone.
What do you need to know? That the series have pioneered modern platforming since its inception? That is has constantly stayed on the edge of the current technology? That as complex as it can become, it has always been fun and satisfying to master and complete each game? That as a game it is unique for being a third person shooter and a platform game? And most prominently here, that it has a distinguishable and delightful soundtrack? These things are true, for the games 1 through 3.

this game is SUBLIME! i have to say r+c2 was a little boring compared to this. I KNOW it introduced a lot of new cool stuff, but it just didn't make up for the loss of the feeling of starting from scratch that you get in r+c1 eg. having to collect body armour and clanks hover and thruster packs, ractchet and clank two started two suddenly, (ZAPP! you're in another galaxy! PING! weeks have passed and now you are a fully trained soldier! ZOWIE! your on your first mission! Y'know?)

They're all amazing games.
I recommend the Metropolis themes, those are most memorable. That and the Boss battle theme from Going Commando!
I remember this level. I wish Insomiac made that robot dude(forgot his name)a boss. I was itching to fight him.
Haha, coincidence. I was thinking about the music in this game a while back. It sounds as good as I remembered. Now I want to play it again.
I wasn't expecting to see music from this game. It's good music, but when I think of RaC, the music definately doesn't come to mind. Still good choice and what an EXCELLENT game. I should go play it...
