Just brought this game for 3 quid just for the music. Loves me some 90's techno.
Seeing the cover here made me remember I used to have this game. Inspired me to look around in a few disc cases, and I have it with me as I'm typing this. I'm not sure if it'll run, but it's worth a try.

Haven't uploaded some nice '90s techno in a while. I played the PC version at a friend's house back then and I was super impressed by the graphics, especially the light effects. A person who worked on this game said it was the first to use full motion blur effects, though I can't confirm that. By the way, this was made by DICE who is now very popular with its Battlefield franchise.
Same here. That game was beautiful to watch. And also very difficult to master. Taking good curves was the key to not lose speed, in an age were tou only used the brakes randomly.
The oldest game I can think of with motion blur is Magic Carpet for MS-DOS, 1994.
