Best part of the game: soundtrack
This tune has some of the most distinctive elements from a Tim Follin trademark piece, except the prog rock thing present in other great pieces of him, but enhanced 100% in a full quality sound, almost realistic: *-Rock and techno dance mixing.* You're literally listening a weird and catchy mixbag between rock and techno/disco, very enjoyable. Wanna dance, pogo or both? Ideal to both rock, prog or dance lovers. *-Sampled chords sequencing* an element present in any of the tunes created for consoles with sampling, except for Sega Genesis (Time Trax), where he does that manually manipulating the waves to create one-channeled chords. Combining the chords sequences in such creative way, giving an epic effect to dance or incidental music. Eurodance did that and you can listen Richard Jacques in Sonic 3D Blast for Saturn doing something like that, but Follin did it better to me. *-Wall of soundchip* Pushing the chip to give the best sound possible doing things that are uncommon to do even in a familiar console like Super Nintendo. That enhances the sound and the whole experience. *-Single rhythm, complex music* Tim often does progtunes with rhythm changes but he was also very good doing tunes with single rhythm but too many musical details. Chord changes, different melodies, multiple sections, etc. You can't get bored. If this is accompanied by a catchy rhythm, you did it the impossible: Do a catchy tune with complex music. Only a true master.

Tbh, this whole soundtrack was amazing. Storm's theme is intoxicating.

Tim Follin really knew how to crank out some of the best instrumentation the SPC700 chip could provide.
He knows how to make the best literally out of every soundchip imaginable.

LJN didn't develop any games. They published games. Wish people would stop thinking they developed games. Probably James' fault.
Kinda wish this ended up being Gambit's theme in the fighting games he was in.
To be fair, his theme in MvSF and MvC is really good too. I just hope he makes a comeback in a future MvC title, if that ever happens. As a Gambit main in MvC1 and MvC2, not having him in the roster really hurts.
If you think that's good you should hear the original Star Fox OST. It's incredible!

@H.F Gaming Would've been better without the Storm and Cyclops levels. Spidey, Wolverine and Gambit were dope, though.

Bullshit. This was a pretty good game. No eating of dog shit involved..more like bricks. Very hard bricks with a soft sweet chocolate nectar core, once you got through the brick.

The game was produced by Software Creations, same company that made Plok and Equinox (and scored by the Follins), LJN was only the company that published it. LJN never actually programmed their games. As for the track, what can you say, it's Follins SNES epicness.
LJN had good Music.... That's pretty much it.

Omg I used to HATE the gambit and stom games in this one. I hate waterlevels and I never got past the First level on gambit.
Played this game all the time at my friends house when I was a kid. Awesome game, but it was tough as nails.

I wasn't a big fan of this game (I'm sure some of you recognize that logo), but it had this particular track I've always been a big fan of. Back then I had no idea who composed it, but now years later I instantly recognize the Follin brothers' style. It has a lot of the same synths as Plok's soundtrack. Very high quality SNES sound as always with the Follins.
