I used to rent this game so many times from Blockbuster with the game pass...I eventually just bought it. I love the story, the characters, the game play and especially the music.
Nice music, never knew this game had an awesome soundtrack! Also, quick question: did any of the compsers work on the Shin Megami Tensei series? I ask this because some of the basslines sound simular
As far as I know, Isao Kasai and Tomohiko Satou only worked on the Snowboard Kids games for Atlus. If they worked on other Atlus games they were probably uncredited.

Great game. My old N64 controllers are busted, though, so I went to play it on an emulator. Well, the emulator glitched and sped the gameplay and music up by 20% .. I think it was an improvement! This was always my favorite track, both in the musical and racing sense.

@gator159 Why does it matter if consoles are ahead or behind when it comes to their engines? Can't you still make good games for all of them?
The Snowboard Kids games were two of the many games I was never able to get back in the day.
I would kill for them to release this on Virtual Console.

this game came out in Australia but not in Europe, meaning that the PAL version is ultra rare! - quite a weird little anomaly

One of my favourites, next to Dizzyland and its remix, "Turtle Island?" Loved this game as a kid so much, and still humming some of its tunes to this date.
@gator159 I agree. The endless possibilities of the Virtual Console have been completely squandered. It could have finally localized many games, such as Custom Robo, Nazo no Murasame Jou, Joy Mech Fight, Sutte Hakkun, and more. It could have given us unreleased or limited release games, such as Earth Bound (official translation of Mother), Star Fox 2, BS The Legend of Zelda, and so on. Instead, it's been used to sell us games that everyone has already played. Just the popular stuff.

@gator159 The only system Nintendo has made which was a "generation behind" was the Wii. In all other cases, they have been a serious competitor. The N64 was more powerful than the PSX and Sega Saturn, and the GameCube was more powerful than the PS2 and Dreamcast (the Xbox came out much later and was more powerful than all of them, probably because it came out much later). It remains to be seen whether the Wii U will be a "generation behind."

Snowboard Kids 2 had some great music. Too bad that the characters' screeching voices would just destroy ears.
This is the track that I remember the most from me renting this game. I especially like the organ's melody. I played the first one a lot more but I also had great fun with this sequel.
