Ok so I listen several times a day almost every day for a year, and then a little less often for like 2 months, the don't for, maybe 3 weeks? Anyway, I come back and it starts right around 3:42 like I was finishing a movie or something. Only other times that's ever happened were with Dopesmoker, but that's 63:36 long. Idk lol just sharing this strange occurrence to anyone interested. Has this happened to you before?

The Glover song I loved the most as a kid was the Pirate Realm Stage 3. It was as catchy as it was silly. can see why you gave a shoutout to the Atlantis series though. They are objectively better in every way... but Pirate Realm 3 tho! XD

It originally was meant to be an exclusive and was ported over by a different development team like a year or two later
We don't talk about the PS1 port of this game.
in 1998 it was only for n64, but that changed a year later.
Also on PC. Never try to play it. It's one of those Voodoo graphics games that are impossible to emulate.

Definitely one of my favorite platformers for the N64. Regardless of the controls, I thought this game was amazing and it was unfortunate that the sequel never got released. They need to consider making the sequel in the future.^_^
I still have this game for the N64 and I just attempted another playthrough. In all honesty, I stopped on the second world, level 2. This game hadn't aged well at all. It has some nice music and the "ball to the goal"-concept is quite a good idea, but it really has aged badly.

Glover is creepy... Though I remember seeing this box art as a kid and staying away because of which. I regret it now since my N64 library was pathetic anyway, I should have expanded my horizon. I even passed on Ocarina of Time. :(
My favorite Glover song was the Pirate Zone Stage 3.. the one with the accordion and the monkeys doing a solo. I remember back in the old days where I took that song and recorded it on a cassette tape just so I could have an easy way to hear it all over again. (along with Waverace 64's Drake Lake) Now that we have the Internet, we won't have to do anything like that again... I have mixed feelings at a fact like that.
Oh man, this game was great! I had the PS version, so controls weren't that bad... For this game, you pretty much had to guide the ball to the goal. You could separate from the ball and explore on your own, and you could transform the ball into different forms, like a tiny marble, a bowling ball, a bouncy ball... All forms changed the physics, friction, and attacks. It was really kinda cool... But the game was so difficult. Good times.
HECK YES GLOVER Love this game, man. The controls never bothered me, haha. I thought that the composer for this game was Allister Brimble? Or was he involved in some other way and I just got confused?

@lilamah naw. the controls were fine. But hasbro has this little guy sadly buried in a stock of older products. :( kinda sad. because man this game is such a classic.
@321cheeseman Sorry, I should've been more clear. You made it sound like controls can either be perfect or awful, and I was trying to say that there can be a middle ground. But maybe I just misunderstood you.
I can't say for sure whether the controls were bad, or the ball physics. It's still a playable game either way.

@Masz52 I'm not saying the controls in Glover are complete garbage. The last time I played the game was at least a decade ago. I have no idea how it controls. I'm just speaking in general, and when I said "complete garbage", that was referring to my rather extreme example of bad controls that you could "get used to."
This game was pretty good back in the day, was just kinda hard due to controls D: thanks for sharing the music forgot how they sounded like :))
@321cheeseman The controls in Glover could be annoying but not annoying enough that I'd consider them "complete garbage."
@Masz52 I've have never understood or agreed with the concept of needing to "get used to" controls. If the controls are overly complicated, annoying, confusing, unresponsive, or unintuitive, then they are bad. Like, imagine Super Mario Bros. with a one second delay between button presses and actions on screen. Yeah, you could get used to that and play the game pretty well, but the controls would still be complete garbage.

THIS GAME. SO GOOD. THE CONTROLS. SO BAD.
I LOVED this game on the N64. Put so many hours into and almost completely got everything. The Playstation port of this was just horrible. Load times all over the place, slowdown and even worse graphics. If you've never played this get it for N64 ONLY.
nintendo, hands down, was the greatest gaming company when i was a kid. nothing compared to their kinds of games, unfortunately the same can't be said in today's modern age where the Wii it basically the scapegoat for bad gaming. come on nintendo, be that gaming company that i loved as a kid and not just a company that is adored by die hard fans at the moment. i don't know, maybe it's just me because i got the nintendo 64 and gameboy before i got the ps1 which was followed with a gba & gamecube.
This game was officialy the first one I ever had for the all-mighty N64. I still have tons of memories from it and, of course, the final boss of the game, some kind of exoskeleton armor in a futurist world.
aahh... water levels are so amazing and peacefull... ... but incredibly hard x3

This game had a really nice mellow soundtrack with its deep bass and nice beat. The Nintendo 64 was home to a lot of fun platformers. I'd like to see a battle between Glover and Master Hand.
